Experience with implementing new pricing and products, troubleshooting, and testing is also necessary. A strong understanding of customer contracts and policy standards is essential. Familiarity with sales tax reporting and reconciliation is a plus.
The Billing Manager will manage the day-to-day customer billing and billing support operations, acting as the subject matter expert for best-in-class billing processes. This role involves implementing new pricing and products, processing daily billings, ensuring invoice accuracy, and reviewing customer contracts for proper billing setup. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, posting cash daily, improving finance processes, assisting the sales department, responding to escalations, and leading month-end closing activities for Accounts Receivable and Revenue Recognition.
