Requirements

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or an equivalent degree. They must have extensive experience (12-15 years) analyzing business requirements, developing and documenting process flows and solution designs, and testing new functionality. Furthermore, they should possess extensive experience (8+ years) self-managing projects in fast-moving and dynamic environments, including developing project/sprint plans and reporting project status to executives. Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and testers to drive end-to-end solutions is also required, along with functional experience in Order to Cash areas such as CPQ, eCommerce buyflows, Billing, and License Provisioning.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Business Systems Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert and advisor in processes for product Go-To-Market launches, including Lead to Cash, Subscription Billing, and User Licensing. They will partner with Product Managers, Sales Ops, Finance, and FP&A to understand needs and gather business requirements for system changes in Product Launches. The role involves collaborating with Engineering technology teams to define functional requirements, process flow diagrams, and actionable tasks in a dynamic, agile environment, and will also include collaborating with the delivery team on development, managing testing activities, and performing post-launch monitoring. Additionally, the analyst will lead system and user acceptance testing, negotiate with business stakeholders, triage defects, and obtain stakeholder sign-off, and establish detailed project plans and deliverables while communicating status, risks, and issues to both technology and business leadership.
