Senior Business Systems Analyst - New Service Introduction (NSI)

Position Overview

Zoom’s Business Applications team is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support our dynamic New Service Introduction (NSI) team. This role will partner with Zoom’s Product Managers to elicit business requirements and collaborate with multiple technology teams, driving solutions to improve Zoom’s customer adoption. The position seeks an experienced, driven self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude to support NSI and Commerce Enablement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Education: BS in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • Experience:
    • 12-15 years of experience in analyzing business requirements, developing and documenting process flows and solution designs, and testing new functionality.
    • 8+ years of self-managing projects in fast-moving and dynamic environments, including developing project/sprint plans and reporting project status to executives.
  • Skills:
    • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and testers to drive end-to-end solutions.
    • Functional experience in Order to Cash areas including CPQ, eCommerce buyflows, Billing, and License Provisioning.
    • Experience with supporting technologies such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and Lucidchart.
    • Experience with systems like Salesforce Sales Cloud, Zuora, and Oracle Financials.
    • Expertise in business process modeling and diagramming (swimlane and sequence diagrams, process flows, UML, wireframes).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an SME and advisor in processes for product Go-To-Market launches, including Lead to Cash, Subscription Billing, and User Licensing.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Sales Ops, Finance, and FP&A to understand needs and gather business requirements for system changes in Product Launches.
  • Collaborate with our Engineering technology teams to define functional requirements, process flow diagrams, and actionable tasks in a dynamic, agile environment.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team on development, manage testing activities, and perform post-launch monitoring.
  • Lead system and user acceptance testing, negotiate with business stakeholders, triage defects, and obtain stakeholder sign-off.
  • Establish detailed project plans and deliverables while communicating status, risks, and issues to both technology and business leadership.
