Responsibilities

The Billing Operations Analyst will manage the end-to-end billing and collections process, including customer plan configuration, monitoring the billing queue, and resolving customer issues. They will partner with Legal and Customer Support to structure payment plans, own the collections process, and investigate billing discrepancies. This role also involves managing company credit card software, implementing departmental budgets, overseeing transactions, supporting reconciliation, and driving process improvements in billing and collections.
