Requirements

Responsibilities

The Bilingual Collections Specialist will be responsible for increasing the collection of outstanding payments within the personal finance department, serving as an individual contributor in the collections process. They will identify accounts with overdue payments and proactively seek solutions to bring them current, maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly collection and metric goals. The role involves outbound and inbound calls with clients to resolve debts owed, all while adhering to GoodLeap’s collections policies and procedures. Additionally, the specialist will maintain records of the amount owed and the length of delinquency.
