Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive experience at global high-tech B2B organizations, with 2+ years in a managerial capacity
  • Experience with usage-based customer billing
  • Experience with SOX controls

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely customer invoicing
  • Proactively identify opportunities for automation and process improvements and propose and implement solutions
  • Review monthly invoices prepared by the Billing team
  • Present billing and receivable metrics to Finance executives
  • Partner extensively with the Revenue Accounting, Order Management, and other teams to ensure the billing process is efficient and ever-improving
  • Be the subject matter expert for Commercial Accounting on certain high-profile projects and billing system implementations
  • Develop other members of the Billing and broader Commercial Accounting team
  • Design, implement, and perform SOX controls
  • Field questions from customers and CoreWeave’s internal teams
  • Evaluate new product introductions or upstream process changes for impacts to the Commercial Accounting team’s billing activities and processes
