Fluency in both English and French, both written and spoken, is required. Proven experience in sales outreach, lead generation, or customer service is beneficial. Excellent communication and persuasion skills with a confident and professional demeanor are necessary. Strong time management and consistency in meeting performance goals are essential. The ability to work independently and efficiently within Canadian business hours or a flexible schedule is needed. Proficiency in CRM tools, email outreach platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace is advantageous.
Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and follow-ups to potential leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects in both English and French. Confidently present and communicate product/service information to potential customers. Maintain accurate records of all communications and client interactions. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to develop outreach strategies and improve conversion rates. Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to improve sales processes.
