  • Proven track record in designing and writing technical or sales-engineering-focused enablement programs that drive measurable outcomes
  • Proficient collaboration and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams, including SMEs, product, and GTM management
  • Remarkable writing, editing, and self-review skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop training courses: Design training programs for roles like Sales Engineering, Technical Enablement, and Partners that break down technical subjects into simple, engaging concepts aimed at specific goals
  • Collaborate with leadership and SMEs: Partner with the Director of Revenue Enablement Learning and Design to shape curriculum strategy, then work directly with SMEs to develop detailed content, exercises, and assessments
  • Create multi-format learning assets: Write and structure materials for various delivery formats, including eLearnings, facilitator-led sessions, one-pagers, slide decks, simulations, and workshop materials
  • Apply instructional design best practices: Use adult learning principles and enablement methodologies to structure content that reinforces behavior change and skill application
  • Drive consistency and quality: Ensure all content aligns with brand, tone, and learning standards; self-edit for accuracy, grammar, flow, and instructional clarity
  • Manage multiple projects: Prioritize and execute multiple concurrent projects across stakeholders, maintaining quality and deadlines
  • Leverage tools and technology: Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Synthesia), Google Workspace, and learning development platforms (Docebo) to streamline content creation and enhance course design
  • Work as a creative partner: Enhance storytelling and visual learning; propose new ideas to strengthen collaboration and learning in the enablement network
