Requirements

Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in benefits administration or total rewards, with a strong focus on managing multi-country programs. A deep understanding of U.S. benefits laws and practices, including 401(k), HSA, ACA, COBRA, ERISA, and Form 5500 reporting, is essential. Additionally, working knowledge of regional statutory and supplemental benefit programs in India, Brazil, the UK, and Colombia is required.

Responsibilities

The Benefits Partner will design, manage, and evolve global benefits programs across the U.S., India, Brazil, the UK, and Colombia, owning renewals, vendor relationships, compliance reporting, and employee education. Responsibilities include leading annual benefits strategy and vendor selection, modeling and forecasting benefits spend, and ensuring compliance with statutory obligations. The role involves end-to-end benefits administration, accurate compliance reporting, managing benefits tools and systems, and coordinating with vendors for a seamless employee experience. The Benefits Partner will also stay informed on regional legislation, oversee country-specific programs, and develop employee benefits education and resources, while tracking and analyzing benefit utilization, cost trends, and ROI.
