Responsibilities

The Customer Operations Specialist will respond to customer product inquiries and resolve concerns related to installation, operation, maintenance, or product compatibility. This role involves troubleshooting malfunctioning software applications, recommending corrective actions, and documenting customer information and recurring technical issues to improve product quality and development. The specialist will also serve as an internal and external escalation point, manage issue resolution with minimal leadership influence, and facilitate discovery sessions, product overviews, trainings, and renewal project meetings.
