Requirements

Candidates must be currently pursuing a degree in Business, Life Sciences, Psychology, Education, Communication, or a related field. They should possess a strong interest in learning & development and/or the pharmaceutical industry, along with excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) is required, as is the ability to be proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be able to work collaboratively within a team and be fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

The Training Intern will assist in the design, preparation, and delivery of training materials for new product launches. They will support the development and rollout of commercial training programs, including soft skills and hard skills. Responsibilities also include collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in the evaluation of training effectiveness, conducting research on best practices, and helping to coordinate workshops and webinars. The intern will also maintain and update training documentation, presentations, and e-learning modules.
