As a Beauty Sales Consultant, you will seek out customers to provide personalized sales service, effectively upselling and suggestive selling, and build lasting relationships through follow-up contact. You will engage in conversation with customers, offering specialized sales advice, explaining product usage and benefits, and leveraging the CVS beauty monthly sampling program. Additionally, you will participate in company sales programs and events, create and maintain product displays, and ensure the beauty zone is well-stocked, well-merchandised, and compliant with hygiene standards.
