Beratung bei internen Zieldefinitionen, Monitoring und Reporting im Qualitätsmanagement und angrenzenden IMS-Themen
Vorbereitung und Durchführung regelmäßiger Zertifizierungsverfahren im Rahmen interner und externer Audits sowie Nachverfolgung notwendiger Maßnahmen
Verwaltung IMS-relevanter Dokumentation und Berichtswesen inklusive Pflege, Analyse von Kennzahlen und Kommunikation
Durchführung und Moderation von Workshops zur Gestaltung und Optimierung von Prozessen gemeinsam mit Teams
