Requirements

Master’s degree, PsyD, or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis, Early Childhood Education/Development, Early Childhood Special Education, Special Education, Pediatric Therapy, Psychology, or a related field
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) certification strongly preferred
Licensed Clinical Psychologists, MFTs, and MSWs with current licensure in good standing and a strong ABA background will also be considered

Responsibilities

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that empower clients to achieve greater independence, enhance their communication and social skills, and improve their overall quality of life
Administer assessments such as VB-MAPP, SSIS, FAST, Skills Streaming and EFL
Design and implement data collection procedures to meticulously track client progress and make informed treatment modifications
Supervise, train, and mentor Program Supervisors and Registered Behavior Technicians in ABA concepts
Conduct fidelity checks and performance reviews, providing constructive coaching and feedback
Collaborate and communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and other service providers
Manage client documentation, regularly review data, and submit timely progress reports to insurance providers
