Requirements

  • Experience with Active Directory (AD) and related technologies (Azure AD/ADFS, M365/Intune Autopilot)
  • Knowledge of AD technical requirements and implementation/operation/device management
  • Experience with Exchange Server migration to M365
  • Device management expertise (Intune or WSO/MDM, MAM, MCM/Autopilot)
  • Understanding of client IT infrastructure operations and migration to managed IT services
  • Experience with ITSM best practices and service management framework implementation
  • Ability to analyze business and IT challenges and reconfigure requirements into application-based features
  • Knowledge of new technologies such as containers and microservices

Responsibilities

  • Provide consulting services to clients on IT strategy development and implementation
  • Guide client decision-makers and stakeholders through strategic agreements and digital transformation
  • Generate business opportunities and support sales teams
  • Perform due diligence for migrating client IT infrastructure to managed IT services
  • Provide advice and support on M365 implementation, operation, and migration
  • Offer device deployment and management solutions using Intune or WSO/MDM
  • Analyze IT infrastructure challenges and propose application-based solutions
  • Contribute to the automation and efficiency of application operations using new technologies
  • Implement ITSM best practices and service management frameworks
  • Support clients in defining requirements and implementing service management frameworks
