D365 F&O Senior Consultant, SCM/T&L/WHS - Managed Services

The D365 F&O Senior Consultant will provide outstanding customer service and achieve client satisfaction by monitoring and triaging new support cases, troubleshooting issues, and delivering high-quality solutions. They will effectively communicate with customers, partners, team members, and management, support team members, and develop whitepapers, best practice knowledge bases, and articles. Responsibilities include creating, developing, and delivering proactive services, maintaining effective customer relationships, logging incidents, and documenting communications in CE. The consultant will follow established standards and methodologies, optimize individual utilization, and continue professional education. They will also participate in larger project initiatives, lead process area-specific workstreams, and design and document functional specifications for warehouse operations within Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. This includes configuring and customizing the Dynamics 365 warehouse management module and providing comprehensive training to business process owners on warehouse management functionalities.
