Brief Description: Adobe is seeking a B2B Product Manager and insights contributor to join the B2B Behavioral Analytics team. This role will lead the development and organization of critical B2B initiatives, driving strategic activations through cross-functional programs. The individual will be responsible for all aspects of a go-to-market strategy, including planning, launch, enablement, and measurement. This role is a key contributor in crafting impactful internal B2B programs, supporting pipeline creation, deal progression, and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Experience: 8+ years of meaningful work experience.
  • Education: BS/BA or equivalent in business, marketing, economics, or a related field. MBA and/or Management Consulting experience desired.
  • B2B Experience: Strong experience working for a leading technology company, strategy/management consulting organization, digital agency, or a corporate marketing department is highly preferred.
  • Comfort Level: Comfortable working in an unspecified environment.

Responsibilities

  • Data Synthesis: Quickly distill and synthesize data (qualitative and quantitative, 1st party and 3rd party) to create marketing/B2B program strategies.
  • Strategy Development: Develop all aspects of a go-to-market strategy – including planning, launch, enablement, and measurement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interact with data engineers and technical teams to translate strategy into business requirements and functional specifications.
  • B2B Product Management: Manage a variety of internal B2B products (from strategy through to execution).
  • Performance Analysis: Build performance indicators and conduct analyses to drive the business forward, translating results into business recommendations.
  • Guidance & Support: Provide direction and guidance to cross-functional field resources to ensure appropriate execution of internal enablement strategy.
  • Sales & Marketing Alignment: Drive Sales and Marketing teams to define and implement program strategies.
  • Training & Feedback: Coordinate ongoing Marketing and Sales trainings to review new launches, key improvements, and collect ongoing program feedback.
