Requirements

  • Preferably 3+ years’ experience within IT Operations, infrastructure services support, operations monitoring or end user support
  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent certifications (advantage)
  • Good knowledge and working experience in Broadcom Automic Workload Automation/UC4
  • Experience and/or knowledge in additional Workload Automation software (strong advantage): Broadcom/CA Workload Automation (Autosys); BMC Control-M; IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler
  • Hands-on experience in administration of Linux/UNIX based OS, Microsoft Windows Server, System administration, Application deployment and configuration
  • Understanding of the correlation between a Workload Automation software, applications, databases, and the hosting OS
  • Fluent in spoken and written English

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for delivering operational services to outsourcing accounts, covering the team’s portfolio skillset
  • Planning, coordination, and implementation of changes (Request For Change), service requests, and/or project tasks
  • Perform proactive analysis of issues, identify solutions and apply necessary fixes to the environment
  • Perform daily operational activities, incidents resolution and communication with other involved teams to deliver stable service, with high quality, and as requested by business customers
  • Troubleshooting in conjunction with vendor and third-party support
  • Perform other duties according to the IT Service Management processes
