You need to become the system expert in mechanical, PLC, electrical, and electronic subsystems, with abilities in troubleshooting using schematics and wiring diagrams, advanced test equipment, calibration, minor machining, sensor alignment, and adherence to 5S policies.
This is an onsite role involving hands-on work with robotic systems, including working in restrictive environments and cleanup of equipment.
The role is part of the Customer Operations organization, which leads day-to-day operations of Symbotic’s robotic systems and partners with onsite customers to drive quality, safety, and performance.
Strong candidates can work in dynamic environments, change course based on business needs, communicate production issues effectively to team members, and handle restrictive work areas while maintaining thorough documentation.
