The Associate VP, Sales Support provides timely and effective sales administrative support to assist with the acquisition or retention of customers. This role requires an in-depth understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across segments and/or enterprise-wide. The Associate VP, Sales Support leads operational processes that enable sales and membership growth. This individual will lead large-scale distribution projects that support go-to-market strategies, working across all sales distributions. With an enterprise mindset, this individual leads with a consumer-focused operational initiative that drives outcome of market differentiation and improves agent NPS scores by creating capabilities. This individual is closely aligned to Distribution strategy to operationalize new initiatives, driving implementation of strategic plans and business outcomes, and develops and implements strategic plans for the scope of management that are aligned with the Segment or Business strategy.
While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.
