The Associate Technical User Support Analyst will resolve technical problems originating from a call center environment, utilizing expertise in customer service and technical knowledge to address issues related to product installation, usage, and training. They will work with various teams to resolve recurring problems, provide technical support for PC, server, and mainframe applications and hardware, answer user questions regarding system procedures and downtime, maintain troubleshooting logs, and recommend system modifications. Additionally, the role involves utilizing end-user support processes and maintaining knowledge of IT services and solutions to enhance the customer experience.
