Responsibilities

Lead a diverse team of up to 8 direct reports
Support the Warehouse Manager in achieving business targets and objectives with direct responsibility for the returns department
Collaborate with neighbouring functions to exceed customers’ expectations
Analyse performance and identify continuous improvement initiatives
Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders at local and regional level
Develop talent and create an environment where employees can flourish
Ensure team members are trained and competent in all activities undertaken
Drive engagement to align with the company’s culture
Promote a safe working environment and champion quality
Be an expert in departmental process
Any other reasonable request in line with the operational needs of the business
