Candidates should be a recent graduate with a passion for telecommunication technology (UCaaS) and a desire to pursue a career in sales engineering. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of RingCentral applications and products, and be willing to develop expertise in hardware and software lab maintenance and testing.
As an Associate Sales Engineer, the role involves building sales and technical expertise through a 12 to 24-month onboarding program, assisting the SE team with lab maintenance and testing, providing pre-sales technical and sales support for accounts, performing Proof of Concept (POC) onboarding support, presenting product training for sales teams, supporting SE related trade shows and events, and assisting with RFP/RFI customer responses. The position also requires managing customer feature requests, documenting customer requirements, prioritizing requests, and providing small business customer demos, as well as transferring industry, technical, and product knowledge to internal and external teams.
