Requirements

A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals over 5-7 years of consultative sales experience is required. The role is remote and requires the applicant to be in the US at the time of application.

Responsibilities

The Associate Sales Director will drive new revenue growth, expand existing client relationships, and position Retail Analytics solutions. This involves building and managing a sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales, and identifying/acquiring new clients through prospecting and lead generation. Responsibilities also include cultivating relationships with existing clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, acting as a trusted advisor, and using a consultative sales approach to uncover client needs. The role requires scoping, positioning, and closing deals, preparing and delivering sales presentations, conducting product demonstrations, leading negotiations, and structuring complex deals. Continuous research on industry trends and competitor activities is necessary, along with close collaboration with Product Area Experts and Customer Success managers. Additionally, the Associate Sales Director will provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
