Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field, with a Master's degree being preferred. A minimum of 5-7 years of consultative sales experience selling data solutions, including a proven record of exceeding sales targets, is required.

Responsibilities

The Associate Sales Director will drive new revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing client relationships through a consultative sales approach. Responsibilities include managing and forecasting sales pipelines, executing land-and-expand strategies, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, delivering compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations, negotiating and closing complex deals, conducting market research, collaborating with Product Area Experts and Customer Success teams, and mentoring junior team members.
