Responsibilities

The Associate Reward Specialist will assist in the annual Salary Planning process and General Bonus cycle, conduct market pricing of new and current positions, create monthly salary extracts, release bonus plan documents, assist in the annual audit, and perform other duties as reasonably required to support the wider team’s queries and analysis.
