Position Overview

We are looking for a driven individual to join our team as an ARSM California. This role involves qualifying and onboarding insurance agencies, developing strong partner relationships, and driving growth within the habitational insurance sector.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect Qualification: Qualify prospective insurance agencies to ensure they are collaborative partners capable of confidently and profitably exceeding production requirements.
  • Appointment Process: Drive the appointment process for qualified agencies, minimizing contracting and setup time while accelerating the path to production.
  • Onboarding & Development: Onboard and develop new agency partner relationships, leading agency onboarding and extending to existing producer trainings.
  • Business Reviews: Conduct business reviews with agency Principals to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and profitability, driving enhanced growth.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve partner issues of both technical and transactional nature.
  • Product Feedback: Solicit feedback from Producers on how the technology platform and insurance coverages can be improved, and work with the Product team to implement enhancements.
  • Sales Opportunities: Leverage Producer relationships and value-adds to create additional sales opportunities.
  • Performance Targets: Earn variable sales compensation by meeting and exceeding growth, customer satisfaction, and other quantifiable targets.
  • Industry Impact: Make a significant impact in advancing the state of the $22B habitational insurance industry.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a full-cycle or post-sale support capacity, partnering with customers of insurance or B2B SaaS products.
  • Customer Support Excellence: Demonstrated excellence in supporting customers through the full digital B2B product journey (implementation, product education, technical support, billing, etc.).
  • Partner Prioritization: Ability to disqualify misaligned prospective partners while prioritizing efforts on new partners that will maximize growth.
  • Problem Solving: Aptitude to resolve customer issues of both technical and transactional nature.
  • Startup Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a startup environment, effectively adapting to changes, collaborating on problem-solving, demonstrating excellent follow-through, and maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Intellectual Curiosity: Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, eagerness to learn constantly, bring an authentic self to work, and embrace diverse ways of thinking and working.
  • Industry Knowledge (Helpful, Not Required): Experience in or knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly working with agents/brokers of commercial Property & Casualty and Habitational insurance product offerings.
  • Location: Must live in California.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary:
    • Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
    • Variable Compensation: $18,000 - $40,000
