Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree and at least 6 years of experience in managing contracts, including drafting and negotiating subscription/technology, event, marketing, and consulting agreements. Experience with drafting sweepstakes and contest rules, sponsorships, speaker agreements, and filming/liability releases is required. Familiarity with FTC marketing regulations, demand generation/advertising agreements, IP licenses, trademarks, and the USPTO Trademark Electronic Search System (TESS) is also necessary. The ideal candidate will have experience with data privacy rules and contracts, as well as proficiency in contract management systems like SFDC and procurement tools.

Responsibilities

The Senior Contracts Analyst will manage the entire contract review workflow, from initial request to final distribution, for various agreement types. Responsibilities include assisting with the maintenance and improvement of contract management processes and systems, coordinating with cross-functional teams during contract review, and guiding internal business partners on edits and policies. The role involves reviewing and negotiating proposed contract modifications, drafting and revising contract language, and maintaining processes between the legal department and other groups to enhance contract administration. Additionally, the analyst will review and negotiate NDAs independently, manage the contract database and system, and monitor the implementation and enforcement of contract policies.
