Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus experience working in a fast-paced environment, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills will be highly regarded), experience with Workday is recommended but not required, 1-2 years’ experience working within Talent Acquisition is recommended but not required, excellent follow up skills and a sense of urgency, and the ability to work with all levels of the organization, including top level (Hiring Manager).

Responsibilities

The Associate Recruiter, Internal Hiring will support recruiters and hiring managers in internal hires and contractor conversions by posting jobs internally, working closely with hiring managers to get offer details and necessary approvals, and completing the process through Workday. They will build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, and internal candidates while continuously improving the candidate experience, develop strong and effective team relationships across Talent Acquisition, Operations, and HR specialist functions/centers of excellence, provide reports and maintain data on daily activities, offer new-hire onboarding support, keep appraised of regional and local employment laws and regulations to ensure company compliance, and manage the candidate process in Workday, as well as perform additional project work on an as needed basis.
