Requirements

  • 3+ years of previous experience in digital project management (agency experience required), managing at least 5-6 projects simultaneously
  • Excellent project management skills, including experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients
  • Ability to work well under pressure and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for the success of each project
  • Experience leading remote teams, including the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with remote team members
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Advanced spoken and written English suitable for client communication is an absolute must

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects with a focus on delivering high-quality work on time and within budget
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed and up-to-date on project progress
  • Facilitate project meetings and effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues
  • Ensure all projects are properly scoped, resourced, and executed to exceed client expectations
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and stakeholders, to achieve project goals
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against these plans
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies and proactively implement corrective actions to mitigate potential roadblocks
  • Ensure all projects are properly documented and archived, and all project artifacts are properly stored and shared with relevant stakeholders
  • Optimizing existing business processes and workflows
