Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python is required, with data science experience being a plus. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are essential, along with an ability to adapt communication to different audiences.
As an Associate Principal, Rider Insights, you will conduct analyses to identify areas of opportunity and improvement across the rider lifecycle, shape marketing strategy through quantitative and qualitative research, provide product input, and inform commercial opportunities. You will also collaborate with internal and external teams to launch and optimize marketing research programs, deliver findings that address business needs, build programs for local communities and scale them, develop and maintain dashboards, and create replicable processes and playbooks to drive efficiency.
