Requirements

5–8 years of confirmed experience in consulting in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medtech sectors
Solid experience in managing local strategic projects (minimum 2–3 years)
Excellent analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with rigor and quality
Proven leadership and experience in managing multidisciplinary teams
Mastery of the French healthcare market challenges
Knowledge of consulting tools and methodologies
Ability to contribute to business development
Bac+5 degree minimum (business school, engineering, life sciences, etc.)

Responsibilities

Lead the preparation of commercial proposals and ensure their consistency
Identify strategic alternatives and relevant approaches to address client challenges
Detect new opportunities and ensure commercial follow-up
Be the primary client interlocutor
Manage internal and external project teams
Provide intellectual leadership and strategic advice
Ensure smooth communication within projects
Guarantee client satisfaction post-delivery
Deepen expertise in consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market
Contribute to creating high-value content for future missions
Share knowledge to strengthen collective skills
Lead HR initiatives (recruitment, training, development)
Manage and coach 3–4 collaborators
Deliver innovative solutions on time and within budget
