Requirements

  • BS or BA required in business, marketing, communications and other applicable fields
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of increasing responsibility in marketing
  • Experience developing marketing communication strategies and implementing tactical plans and campaigns
  • Computer experience: Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Internet-based programs and tools, Zoom (or similar virtual meeting tool)
  • Adobe Suite is a plus, but not a requirement
  • Experience in animal health and/or pharmaceutical industry preferred
  • Candidate must have experience overseeing the development of long-term marketing plans
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with customer rebate programs and customer loyalty programs
  • Experience with program management and project management tools

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of a three-year marketing plan and annual tactical plan for industry leading loyalty programs
  • Coordinate the implementation and ongoing management of customer rebate programs
  • Monitor program performance and provide regular tracking and reporting to Livestock Marketing and Leadership Teams
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan for Zoetis Retail
  • Lead the creation and management of impactful merchandising materials for Zoetis retail partners
  • Manage the demand forecast for secondary OTC brands within the portfolio
  • Support the Retail Strategic Account Team in the development and implementation of ROI-focused annual account plans
  • Serve as a key liaison between the US Channel Sales team and the US Livestock marketing team
  • Foster collaboration and ensure timely, effective campaign execution between teams
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the animal health industry, customers, and competitive dynamics
