Requirements
BS or BA required in business, marketing, communications and other applicable fields
MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
3-5 years of increasing responsibility in marketing
Experience developing marketing communication strategies and implementing tactical plans and campaigns
Computer experience: Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Internet-based programs and tools, Zoom (or similar virtual meeting tool)
Adobe Suite is a plus, but not a requirement
Experience in animal health and/or pharmaceutical industry preferred
Candidate must have experience overseeing the development of long-term marketing plans
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience with customer rebate programs and customer loyalty programs

Responsibilities
Support the execution of a three-year marketing plan and annual tactical plan for industry leading loyalty programs
Coordinate the implementation and ongoing management of customer rebate programs
Monitor program performance and provide regular tracking and reporting to Livestock Marketing and Leadership Teams
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan for Zoetis Retail
Lead the creation and management of impactful merchandising materials for Zoetis retail partners
Manage the demand forecast for secondary OTC brands within the portfolio
Support the Retail Strategic Account Team in the development and implementation of ROI-focused annual account plans
Serve as a key liaison between the US Channel Sales team and the US Livestock marketing team
Foster collaboration and ensure timely, effective campaign execution between teams
Develop and maintain an understanding of the animal health industry, customers, and competitive dynamics
