Responsibilities

  • Create and foster a database of Club Monaco customers (Clienteling)
  • Implement a Personal Shopper Program and monthly outreach to update client base
  • Provide unsurpassed customer service at all times and field customer inquiries
  • Brainstorm ideas for in-store events and partner with management to execute them
  • Implement a system to track monthly sales, inquiries, and types of inquiries
  • Lead Product Knowledge sessions for store staff and communicate feedback to managers
  • Support operational duties: open/close store, monitor payroll, assume Store Manager responsibilities
  • Achieve or exceed financial plans through planning, execution, budget management, and innovation
  • Monitor sales/financial results, take actions, communicate needs, optimize investments, control expenses, and lead business planning
  • Contribute to HR growth: recruit, train, motivate teams, minimize turnover, empower staff, provide feedback
  • Schedule/facilitate training sessions and model/coach selling and other skills
  • Maximize inventory for planned sales, communicate needs, assess competition
