Requirements

Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in Nursing, Biomedical Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related medical field, and ideally have at least one year of prior experience in a sales or technical capacity within the medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, are required, and prior operating theatre experience is considered a significant advantage. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential, along with the ability to pass Joint Replacement & MAKO examinations during probation.

Responsibilities

As an Associate Mako Product Specialist, you will provide clinical support to surgeons using Stryker’s Mako robot, offering guidance and assistance during surgical procedures and resolving technical product and service issues. You will also be responsible for conducting pre-operative implant planning, providing training and in-services to surgeons and operating room staff, supporting operational processes including case booking and documentation, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to grow product utilization. Furthermore, you will handle complaint reports, support on-call duty, collect case data in Salesforce.com, and provide prompt and accurate reporting, all while demonstrating a strong focus on excellent customer service and a drive to acquire medical and product knowledge.
