Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs; Assoc.+9 yrs; M.S.+2 yrs; PhD+0 yrs), 2+ years of experience in digital product support, implementation, or customer success roles, and strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Experience in healthcare, medical device, or digital health platforms is preferred, as is familiarity with CRM systems, support ticketing tools, and customer engagement platforms.

Responsibilities

The Digital Product Support Associate will provide hands-on support to customers post-installation of Alcon’s digital products, specifically in the area of Patient Engagement, ensuring a smooth implementation experience. They will act as a liaison between customers and engineering support teams, collaborate on customer communications, serve as a reliable consultant on Alcon’s product offerings, identify and address customer requirements, and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing feedback and facilitating internal follow-up to resolve concerns. Additionally, the role involves travel to customer locations for on-site support, implementation guidance, and relationship management, and leading post-production surveillance to identify risks and drive enhancements.
