Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field, and have between 1 and 3 years of experience in healthcare, cap sales, or a similar industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to build relationships and drive sales pipeline growth.
As an Associate Key Account Manager, you will execute targeted outreach strategies, including in-person, email, and phone communication, to qualify leads and book a minimum of 10 meetings per week across hospitals, health systems, and specialty clinics. You will also source and set 20+ qualified opportunities per year, track progress in CRM, coordinate clinical validation events, and support logistics for physician sessions. Furthermore, you will collaborate with the Key Account Manager, Clinical Sales team, and other internal teams to develop territory planning, marketing campaigns, and call scripts, ultimately driving incremental system sales.
