Requirements

Candidates should have a few years of experience in marketing ops, revenue ops, solutions engineering, product, or demand gen, and should consider themselves highly technical and thrive on systems thinking. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with integrations, workflows, AI, and new tools, and possess a passion for connecting the dots to scale processes at a growth-stage SaaS company. Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Clay, Cargo, UserGems, Dreamdata, Instantly, and Relevance AI is preferred, along with basic scripting skills in JavaScript, Python, and SQL.

Responsibilities

The Associate GTM Engineer will optimize Ashby’s MarTech stack, including tools, workflows, data, and integrations, and will stay on the cutting edge by researching and evaluating new tools and technologies. They will write and maintain simple scripts to automate tasks, collaborate with Marketing and Revenue Operations to maintain and optimize GTM data, and ensure accuracy and consistency across systems. Additionally, they will capture buyer intent, enrich the CRM to support ABM efforts, measure marketing campaign performance, automate data ingestion/integration, and build processes that improve reliability and transparency. The role also involves troubleshooting reporting and operational issues and proposing fixes, as well as collaborating with Content, Demand Generation, and Events teams to execute and measure campaign effectiveness.
