Associate GRAIL Galleri Consultant (aGGC)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Santa Monica, CA (Field-based; must reside in territory)


Position Overview

GRAIL is seeking an Associate GRAIL Galleri Consultant (aGGC) to join our sales team. This field-based role is responsible for service and sales support activities to drive market adoption and business growth for GRAIL's innovative cancer detection technologies. The aGGC will support GRAIL Galleri Consultants (GGC) in increasing revenue and developing the market through direct sales to individual physicians. Key support efforts include cultivating and maintaining relationships, creating and executing strategic business plans, and focusing on currently marketed products and new product launches.


Responsibilities

  • Support the GRAIL Galleri Consultant (GGC) in increasing revenue and driving market development through direct sales to individual PCPs, OB/GYNs, and other relevant specialists.
  • Cultivate and maintain key relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Service ordering accounts and create/support strategic business plans to grow revenue.
  • Focus support efforts on currently marketed products and new product launches.
  • Assist GGC with logistics support, account servicing, and lead generation/qualification.
  • Work with assigned GGC to maintain and support existing customers.
  • Assess the needs of medical professionals and staff, focusing on customer support, logistics coordination, and problem-solving.
  • Promote quality client/patient relations and create a supportive climate by serving as a role model.
  • Respect and maintain the confidentiality of laboratory and financial information.
  • Practice and adhere to all company policies and regulations.
  • Follow Compliance procedures and participate in Compliance training.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties within designated timeframes.
  • Communicate with GRAIL staff and customers to ensure quality.
  • Maintain and support a service-oriented relationship with customers.
  • Utilize personal and professional skills to promote excellent customer service.
  • Model and evangelize GRAIL’s core values while striving for continuous improvement and excellence.

Requirements

  • Must reside within the territory of Santa Monica, Century City, Encino, Sherman Oaks, and/or surrounding areas.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree.
    • Background in medical or biological sciences preferred.
    • Proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales goals.
    • Award-winning sales professional due to individual achievements.
    • Exceptionally bright, flexible, self-motivated, and results-oriented with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
    • Ability to think strategically as well as execute tactically.
    • Must act with a sense of urgency.
    • Strong desire to work in a startup environment and must work independently.
  • Required Travel: 10%
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a BA.
    • No experience required for candidates with a relevant advanced degree.
