Candidates should possess an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience, and demonstrate at least 8 years of marketing experience, with a focus on performance marketing, and a strong understanding of digital advertising channels such as PPC, paid social, and programmatic advertising. Experience in the consumer health and wellness space is highly preferred, along with demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical skills, and executive communication abilities.
The Associate Director, Performance Marketing will set the cross-channel global performance media strategy across the US and UK, optimizing resource allocation and driving high-impact campaigns to achieve business goals. They will manage a global media budget, oversee an external agency team, and develop a learning agenda and testing roadmap to continuously improve campaign performance and inform future strategies, ultimately fueling customer acquisition and revenue growth for Abbott’s Lingo division.
