Requirements

Responsibilities

As an Associate Director of Strategy, the role involves developing strategic plans for accounts, spearheading the strategic direction of sales and retention, providing thought leadership and supporting sales teams, assisting in the development of product strategy and messaging, and playing an ongoing role in senior-level prospect and customer discussions. This position also coordinates resources from pre-sales to post-implementation to ensure customer success, and it focuses on growing Veeva's market share and retaining customers within the Enterprise and Small & Medium size Sponsor and CRO segments.
