Requirements

Candidates should possess strong consulting and leadership skills, having previously worked in strategy or management consulting, with approximately 10 years of experience and a background in Life Sciences, ideally at the level of Associate Partner or Principal from a top Strategy/Management Consulting firm. A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development with a proven track record is required, along with autonomous work habits and international exposure, demonstrated by living and working abroad. Native-level fluency in English is essential, complemented by proficiency in either German, French, Danish, or Dutch.

Responsibilities

The Associate Director of Strategy will be responsible for developing strategic plans for their accounts across various segments, spearheading the strategic direction of sales and retention for the account portfolio, providing thought leadership and support to sales teams, assisting in the development of product strategy and messaging, and playing an ongoing role in senior-level prospect and customer discussions, as well as coordinating resources from pre-sales to post-implementation to ensure customer success.
