Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in ecommerce, Beauty or wellness experience preferred
  • 2-3 years of team leadership
  • Strong understanding of DTC best practices
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (Shopify Plus preferred)
  • Strong understanding of analytics

Responsibilities

  • Lead orchestrated strategy of digital store through merchandising, content, user experience, testing, technical infrastructure and operations to drive additional traffic and sales
  • Highlight and follow through on top site priorities and technology, product, & testing roadmaps
  • Oversight of all site tasks including promotions, site content updates, merchandising and product setup ensuring that functionality meets and exceeds company expectations
  • Maintain site ADA compliance and ensure updated standards are met by technology partners and communicated out to internal stakeholders
  • Analyze site performance metrics and trends alongside Customer Relationship Director and deliver relevant product performance and consumer behavior insights
  • Communicate key updates (site, product, promotional) to Operations and Customer Service teams
  • Ad hoc reporting and analysis where support is required to support insight
  • Initiate and maintain communication of product sales data, product trends, and inventory information to cross-functional partners
  • Own and report out on product mix of business performance vs targets and provide action plans necessary to change, improve and optimize product performance on Ecommerce site with oversight from Director, DTC
  • Work closely with DTC, Inventory, & Forecasting teams on the item-level sales and buying plans for all categories and new products to ensure how they roll up to the channel’s top line financial targets
  • Work in close partnership with larger Americas and Product Marketing teams to inform the DTC marketing calendar with a focus on digital growth initiatives, including but not limited to product exclusives, promotional products, and launch timing
  • Identify whitespace opportunities through customer data, sales trends, and competitive analysis to inform future product development
  • Work with Global Consumer Engagement, Global Product Marketing, and Ecomm Creative teams to receive promotional, product launch and marketing communication calendars for all site needs and experiences, overseeing the briefs to the Creative & Copy teams directly for site assets
