Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, and have at least 7 years of experience in systems engineering and operations, with a strong understanding of both On Premise IT and Cloud Operations environments. Experience with SDLC and HDLC methodologies is essential, along with proven leadership skills and the ability to manage budgets and vendors.

Responsibilities

The Associate Director, Hosting Operations will provide technical leadership to teams developing and managing endpoint’s systems and applications, develop and review standards and policies for systems maintenance and reliability, manage the HDLC for On Prem infrastructure including system, network, and security engineering/operations, manage the SDLC for Azure Cloud Engineering including IaC and software deployment pipelines, plan and implement high availability strategies, guide the team in performing On Premise and Cloud Infrastructure engineering & operations, identify opportunities to streamline endpoint processes, participate in disaster recovery planning, and provide 24x7 on-call production support.
