Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to maximize commercial success
  • Contribute to brand positioning, messaging, and customer segmentation to strengthen competitive differentiation
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of lifecycle strategies
  • Work with the matrix to plan market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities
  • Monitor competitive market and recommend strategic responses
  • Leverage data analytics and customer insights to optimize brand strategy and execution
  • Work closely with sales, market access, regulatory, and medical affairs teams to align marketing initiatives with broader commercial goals
  • Support the development of field materials, training programs, and digital marketing campaigns
  • Engage with external partners, including agencies and vendors, to ensure high-quality execution of marketing programs
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze marketing effectiveness
  • Provide business insights and recommendations to the Director and senior leadership
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient execution of marketing initiatives
