Responsibilities

  • Develop data-based insights to inform brand, franchise, and business unit strategy and execution
  • Lead performance/KPI development and reporting for thorough brand performance understanding
  • Collaborate with brand marketing leadership to establish annual business analytics plan
  • Leverage data and analytics to develop key insights for brand strategy and tactical plan
  • Conduct analytics projects on business issues like patient journey, treatment flow, customer segmentation
  • Conduct performance reporting and diagnostics, including HQ-facing dashboards and reports
  • Evaluate potential new secondary data sources and analytics methodologies
  • Integrate insights and analysis from various sources for material decisions and market context
  • Consolidate data and information into actionable brand opportunities
  • Provide objective quantitative analyses and lead business case development for key opportunities
  • Collaborate within department to integrate business analytics into Tactic Measurement, Marketing Mix, Forecasting, and AI/Predictive Analytics
  • Interact with internal customers (VPs, executive directors, brand/marketing teams, IT)
  • Establish and maintain business relationships in Commercial organization, understanding customer needs
  • Act as cross-functional subject matter expert for business operation decisions
