The Associate Customer Success Manager will manage and foster relationships with up to 200 regionally assigned client accounts, acting as the face and voice of Deel. They will build deep relationships, strategically guide clients through their experience journey, and train them on Deel processes and platform navigation. Responsibilities include leading client interactions with a focus on product adoption and future growth, strengthening relationships by solving challenges and eliminating churn, and becoming a trusted partner by understanding client business needs and building solutions.
