Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in customer success or account management, exceptional prioritization and organizational capabilities to manage a $2M+/- book of business, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously. They should also be technically adaptive, possessing the capability to learn new solutions and features/functionality, and demonstrate superior verbal and written communication abilities. Furthermore, candidates need to be adept at identifying customer risks and proactively engaging customers to equip them with solutions.
The Associate Customer Success Manager will drive product adoption, utilization, and expansion opportunities using customer data and analytics, deliver on 90%+ annual subscription renewals, ensure a seamless implementation process for customers, become knowledgeable of Transfr’s solutions and service offerings, communicate utilization data demonstrating customer value, contribute to the development of self-service resources, assist in creating scalable campaigns to educate customers, secure customer feedback and share internally, leverage automated and manual processes to maintain information flow, improve on business metrics to measure Transfr’s impact, and provide insight into the health of customer relationships and areas for improvement.
