Reklamationsbearbeitung – Erfassung und Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde / Qualitätssicherung
VIM Vendor Inventory Management / Konsignationslager - in Absprache mit Produktion, Versand und Kunde
Erstellung und Überwachung von Preisvereinbarungen / Preislisten
Proaktive Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen
Rechnungserstellung
Überwachung des Mahnwesens (Einhaltung der Zahlungsbedingungen)
Stammdatenpflege
Erstkontakt für eingehende Interessentenanrufe sowie Weiterleitung an entsprechende Stakeholder
