Responsibilities

The Associate Consultant will provide Onit application support and assist in software implementation projects, working closely with Harbor, Onit, and client resources to support data migration and integration development. Responsibilities include learning new technologies, understanding client business processes to configure solutions, communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, acting as a customer advocate, building relationships with cross-functional teams, analyzing client issues, troubleshooting problems, providing resolutions, setting customer expectations, proactively communicating updates, managing multiple tasks under deadlines, maintaining high responsiveness and attention to detail, and providing training to Harbor resources in India.
