Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in commercial contracting or related field
- Pharmaceutical or CRO background preferred
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel
- Based in or authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Review NDAs, Work Orders, Change Orders, and other agreements against contracting standards
- Track and complete assigned tasks from management
- Manage contract workflows to ensure internal approvals are obtained
- Enter contract data into CRM/central database to support reporting
- Maintain organized file structures for contract records
- Represent the team in interdepartmental projects
- Support client and regulatory audits as assigned
- Lead electronic and hard copy filing of commercial contracts
- Manage DocuSign uploads and document retention
